Telephones are available in all guestrooms and suites. Shared internet access is available via a guest laptop and wireless access is available throughout the lodge. The Black Peak and Linden suites also offer private, broadband internet access. 

Refreshments

Complimentary evening aperitifs, all-day tea and coffee, delicious home-baking, fresh fruit and Pisa mineral water are available for guests to enjoy throughout their stay.

dining in

If the lure of complimentary aperitifs proves too tempting, guests can 'order in' from a wide selection of delicious menus and have their meal delivered to the front door!

A full restaurant and activities reservation service is provided; baby-sitting can be arranged (with prior notice).

Transfers

For dining out, a courtesy transfer is provided to any of the restaurants in Wanaka (8:00 am to 8:00 pm) and a reliable taxi service is available to return guests to the Lodge.

other facilities

On-site heli-pad for heli-skiing and heli-sightseeing tours; ski storage and drying room and use of laundry facilities at a small additional charge. A full laundry service is also available on request.
