• * NOTE: Special reduced seasonal rates available from May to October are subject to a minimum stay of 3 nights.  For stays of 2 nights or less, high-season rates apply.
• Rates valid until 30 April 2011. 
• Tariff is expressed in New Zealand dollars ($NZD).

• Tariff includes GST (Goods and Services Tax of 12.5%); accommodation; gourmet breakfast; complimentary aperitifs & all day tea, coffee, home-baking, fresh fruit and mineral water; full use of lodge facilities including guest lounge with open log fire, digital TV, CD / DVD Player, CD, DVD & book libraries; unlimited fast  internet access (broadband & wireless); ski storage and drying facilities; swimming pool, spa pool, 5-hole pitch and putt golf course, croquet; petanque; ten acres of landscaped grounds; on-site helipad for heli-skiing and heli-sightseeing tours; courtesy transfers into Lake Wanaka resort and to / from Wanaka Airport (8 am to 8 pm) and a full restaurant and activities reservations service.  Shared internet access ia available via a guest laptop, broadband access is available in both suites and wireless access is available throughout the lodge. 
• Room rates are based on a maximum of two persons per unit, except for Black Peak Suite which offers a master bedroom and a separate bunkroom suitable for up to 2 children (aged 12 years or under).
• Reduced room rates are available for stays of 5 nights and longer
• Winter packages are available from July to September.
• Other speciality packages by arrangement.
• A 3 - course dinner is available at the lodge by prior arrangement only. Dinner is based on a set menu and is prepared by internationally experienced chef - Brona Parsons of Raspberry Creek, Professional Chef Services.  Brona has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry.  Living in stunning Central Otago, Brona is inspired by the local produce.  She is passionate about creating simple yet delectable food and providing quality service.  The main meal typically features ONE of the following options - New Zealand beef, lamb, duck OR salmon.  Vegetarian or specific dietary needs can be catered for, subject to advance notice.  
• NOTE: Dinner is an optional extra and is subject to the availability of our chef.  To avoid disappointment, we recommend that dinner reservations are made in conjunction with your accommodation booking or phoned in advance (48 hours minimum notice). The cost is NZ$150 per adult (including wine) or NZ$75 per child.
• Rates and conditions may be subject to change at our discretion.

Terms and Conditions

CONFIRMATION
Please note that to confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 25% of the total stay, secured by credit card.

Reservations can be made with the following credit cards (AMEX, VISA and Mastercard). Details of your credit card, including expiry date, are required to process your deposit. Once this has been completed, confirmation of your reservation will be e-mailed to you.

The balance is due on check-out, together with any other sundries.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that we are unable to replace a cancelled booking the following applies:
*25% of the total cost will be charged if the booking is cancelled within 30 days of arrival.
*100% charge applies if cancellation is received within 7 days of arrival.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Regular check in time is 3:00 pm.
Regular check out time is 11:00 am.

If you wish to arrive earlier or depart later than the times stated, please contact us in advance.

MINIMUM STAY (1 NIGHT) EXCEPT FOR:
- minimum two night stay for Black Peak Suite
- minimum two night stay for Accommodation – Exclusive Use (up to 12 persons)

- minimum two night stay for bookings including 31 December
- minimum three night stay for special seasonal rates (May - October)
- minimum four night stay during Warbirds Over Wanaka International Airshow (Easter)

CHILDREN
Children aged 12 years and over are welcome.
Children under the age of 12 by prior arrangement only.

Black Peak Suite bunkroom suitable for children aged 12 years and under.

Our four guestrooms, located at the eastern end of the lodge, are ideally suited to singles / couples seeking a tranquil and revitalizing hosted experience. For that reason, our guestrooms are generally not available for children.

Black Peak Suite on the other hand is suitable for a family. It is located at the western end of the lodge, affording privacy from other guests, and can accommodate up to two adults and two children. Black Peak Suite offers a spacious master bedroom; separate bunkroom adjacent to a private lounge / dining area; kitchenette (with fridge, microwave, toaster and electric jug); SKY TV; CD / DVD Player; unlimited internet access and an ensuite bathroom with a bath, shower and separate dressing room.  French doors open out to a veranda and garden setting and provide easy access to the enclosed swimming pool and spa pool area. Set on a ten acre estate, Lime Tree Lodge provides a safe and relaxing environment for children, with enough leg-room for kids to let off a little steam without disturbing our other guests !

Children aged 2 years and under are free of charge.
Children above the age of 2 are charged full rate.

DAMAGE
The total cost associated with any loss or damage to lodge property, in excess of fair wear and tear, will be charged to guests.

NON-SMOKING ENVIRONMENT
Please note that the lodge is a non-smoking environment. If you would like to smoke, we suggest that you do so outside.
